When will my costumes ship?

Our ship date varies based on current order volume, and also by costume.

Once we receive your order and payment, we begin the process of creating your order. As our order volume fluctuates throughout the year, our manufacturing time varies.

You will find the current ship date at the very top of our website pages. You will be notified as soon as your costume ships. Some costume and clothing items are in stock and will ship within the next business day. 
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost varies by colume of order and will be applied at checkout. Purchases over $200 receive FREE SHIPPING. 
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally, but we hope to in the future!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We may be able to, depending on the order. Please contact us. 
How will I know when my oreder has shipped?
When an email address is provided to us, you will automatically receive an email from with your delivery tracking number.
How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us to make changes after your order has been submitted. 

 

 

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my costume?
Xcape Dancewear accepts new costume returns for size exchange only. We cannot accept any costumes for exchange that are customized; are worn, stained, altered or damaged; or have had appliques or trims applied or removed. Please contact us to make an exchange. 
All size exchanges must be placed within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. There is no size exchange fee, but you must pay for shipping. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPT COSTUMES FOR REFUND OR CREDIT. 
How long will it take to exchange my costume?
Please contact us for specific exchange needs. Costume creation time varies by volume and time of year. 
What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?                            
Please carefully check your order as soon as possible once it arrives. Contact us immediately if you discover an issue! Please provide as much detailed information as possible about the order and the specific issue so we may quickly resolve the problem.
